We want you to be completely happy.

CART: Unlike some online shops, your cart on this web site does not prevent another customer from purchasing a painting you like. The painting is on its way to you only if you have completed paying for a painting, even though it may be in your cart. There is only one of any painting, and once it’s sold, it is no longer available.

FRAME: Some Dibble paintings are in frames, and the frame is included in the price. Where a painting is offered unframed, the customer has the advantages of complete control over the framing, and perhaps of supporting a locally owned frame shop. In Alison’s store, some unframed pieces are ready to hang and need no frame. Please see each product description.

TIMING: Once your payment goes through we will ship your painting as soon as possible. Sometimes there may be a delay as the paint is still drying, or we are temporarily away from the studio. But your order is a priority and we will email you and let you know when your painting ships.

SHIPPING: Occasionally Free Shipping may be offered. Otherwise, shipping is a flat rate by painting size, Small, Medium and Large. If your location is not listed in the shipping availability, we will still try to work with you. Please get in touch through our Contact page. Some clean recycled materials may be used in packaging.

RETURNS: Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns for any reason if (1) you ship your order back within 10 business days of your receipt at your door; (2) the painting is in excellent condition (no damage on your end), and (3) the painting is in its original packaging. The customer pays the return shipping and insurance/cost-damage fee. Please see Terms and Conditions for additional information.
